Refund or Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your dhyana experience, you may return your fully functional and undamaged dhyana smart ring for any reason within 7 days of your original order for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
* Original orders are limited to one change in color, or return for refund.
To initiate your return and refund:
1.Please submit a return request to our customer care team. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your shipment date and request a return authorisation.
2. Carefully pack the product with all accessories originally included with your purchase so that it will not be damaged during shipping. We suggest using the original packaging if possible.
3. As a final step, please include the return authorisation number with your return.
If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may not be able to accept it.

Please note that all original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges. In the case of a defective product, dhyana will pay for your return shipping, and send you a replacement for no additional cost.
